Remote Support Client Installation

You have arrived at the "Remote Support Client" (program) installation page for a selection of tools used to get remote access to your computer when you request it.  I accept no responsibility or liability in any way for you giving permission/access to anyone else via the software below under any circumstances.

Aeroadmin Remote Support Client <------ Click this link ONLY when asked by Tarka Computer Care. It will save a file to your usual downloads folder or when you click the link you will be asked to Save/Run the file called Aeroadmin.exe.  Please choose Save and pop the file on your Desktop folder where you can easily access it in the future should the need arise.
ANYDESK Remote Support Client <------ Click this link ONLY when asked by Tarka Computer Care. It will save a file to your usual downloads folder or when you click the link you will be asked to Save/Run the file called Anydesk.exe.  Please choose Save and pop the file on your Desktop folder where you can easily access it in the future should the need arise.
"Remote Utilities" Remote Support Client <------ Click this link ONLY when asked by Tarka Computer Care. It will save a file to your usual downloads folder or when you click the link you will be asked to Save/Run the file called agentx.y where x.y are two numbers (e.g. agent6.9.exe).  Please choose Save and pop the file on your Desktop folder where you can easily access it in the future should the need arise.

I can only get access when you download and then run the one of the programs below. Each of them will first ask for permission to run and then once you give me your "ID" both Aeroadmin and anydesk will ask if you want to allow a remote connection from "Paul" or "TCCMAINPC". for Remote Utilities you will also have to supply the password.   At the end I will disconnect the session and I advise that you also check the program is not running in the background by checking the Windows Taskbar and also the notification area down by the clock (i.e. make sure the Aeroadmin / Anydesk / Remote Utilitoes icon is not there anymore. If it is still there then right click it and say Exit / Stop.

Never give the ID or permissions (to access your computer) to anyone you do not 100% trust. Giving these codes to someone or granting access when prompted will allow them to gain remote access to your computer.  In my case that is what we desire but in other cases it is very risky (if you don't know the person and are not 100% confident the person you are talking to is the actual person they say they are). No genuine organisation will ever call you up out of the blue and ask for a remote session.

IMPORTANT - I will never try to initiate a remote connection to your computer without your explicit permission and with you actually on the phone to me at the time. If in ANY doubt as to whether you are talking to the "real" Paul Smith at Tarka Computer care or if you ever get a popup on your computer asking to "Allow Remote Access" without me being on the phone to you then please hang up the phone and/or say "NO / Reject" and give me a call to discuss what might have occured.
